In which countries do you help buy property?
We help with buying property in Italy, Spain and Cyprus. Each country page describes the regions, the costs and how the purchase works.
Do I have to attend the viewings and the notary in person?
Not always. Some stages can be handled remotely, and in certain cases an authorised representative can act for you when the contract is signed. What is possible depends on the country and the specific transaction, so we discuss it at the start of our cooperation.
What does the purchase cost beyond the price of the property?
Taxes and fees depend on the country, the region and the type of property. We describe indicative costs on the Italy, Spain and Cyprus pages, and for a selected property we prepare an individual breakdown.
