Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Purpose and scope of data processing
Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of providing real estate brokerage services, responding to contact enquiries, and - with your consent - for marketing purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Newsletter and email marketing
Based on your voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we process the following personal data for the purpose of sending newsletters and marketing materials: first name, email address, and IP address (recorded for documentation and security purposes). Providing data is voluntary. Lack of consent does not affect the possibility of using other services.
Data processor (newsletter)
For newsletter services, we use GetResponse S.A., ul. Arkonska 6/A3, 80-387 Gdańsk, Poland (KRS: 0000942149), as a data processor acting on our behalf. GetResponse processes your data solely in accordance with our instructions and pursuant to a data processing agreement. GetResponse's privacy policy is available at www.getresponse.com.
Withdrawal of consent and unsubscribing
You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time, at no cost. You can do so by: (1) clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link in the footer of any email, or (2) sending a message to office@ink-estates.eu. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. After unsubscribing, your data will be removed from our mailing database within 30 days.
Retention period for marketing data
Data processed for newsletter purposes is retained until consent is withdrawn or until the legitimate interest of the controller ceases to apply. After processing ends, data is permanently deleted or anonymised. Consent records (name, email, IP, date and content of consent) are retained for a period necessary to demonstrate GDPR compliance, for no longer than 3 years from the date of subscription.
